Contacts SMS message glitch?

When I press on a contact, and then press "Text Message", it often selects the wrong contact to type a message for... often the previous one I have selected.

I have tried a restore, no luck. Im on an iPhone 4, factory unlocked, no jailbreak.

How can I fix this?

That could be quiet embarrassing if you didn't notice

If you have a factory unlocked phone you could either. Restore to the firmware you are on (download another one)

or

Upgrade to 4.2.1 and let apple do the update (but depends if you need the Jailbreak)

But if you are already jailbroken on what ever firmware you have i would restore again and set up as a new iPhone as some times if you restore from back up it can cause a glitch. I know it will be a pain to enter all your mail and contacts again but thats what i would try
