Transfering apps from one firmware to another

Hi, I'm interested in upgrading my firmware on my currently jailbroken iPhone 4. I wanted to know what steps do i need to take in order to transfer all of my save files from my games, the games themselves, and all of my cydia apps from my current jailbroken iPhone 4 to a soon to be higher firmware version of my jailbroken iPhone 4. Most of my games are from **********. Any help will be greatly appreciated
