Are you sure about that? Have you tried uninstalling the theme and any other tweaks you may have to see if it is normal then?

yes i am sure about the theme for tweak i got lots of tweak on my iphone4 its kind of lots work to uninstall one by one and reinstalling till i find the problem....i just wonder if any user(s) here experiences the same as me.....
