Default Cant delete or install apps in Cydia has error

Having hard time ying to figure this out. I get this error page whether I try to add app or delete app. It started when I force downloaded Cydelete. I have so far, deleted Cydia through SSH and through Cydia itself. Cydelete still shows up even after deleting through SSH, I looked all around SSH for the app. and the plist. I thought I got them all but, I didn't. If I run Redsnow again and check install cydia will this delete my current apps? Do I have to delete current version of Cydia before re-installing Cydia?

I don't have a place to put the pic. I will write out the error:

    Removing essentials
    This operation involves the removal
of one or more packages that are
    required for the continued operation
of either Cydia of iPhoneOS. If you
continue, you may not be able to
use Cydia to repair any damage.

    Cancel Ope... Force Rem...

Try install the latest Cydia, it's a lot faster anyway and should get rid of your problem.

I have uploaded it with instructions here
