Default Help with JB Iphone 4

Fist of all, I'm glad I found this place - It looks to be full with a lot of great people

Before I get to my question, I would like to let everyone know I searched on here and google to find no answer that works.

I'm trying to backup/sync my phone with iTunes. It's a iphone 4 JB with GreenPois0n running 4.1. When I sync everything works(saves apps and #s) fine, but the backup. It won't backup my phone.

I get this message from iTunes "iTunes could not back up the iphone "**** iphone" because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iphone. Delete the backup for for this iphone, then try again."

I've tried deleting the last backup (at this time I have no saved backup ) for this device and un-installing and reinstalling iTunes, and right clicking the device to backup - Nothing works!!

Please help and thanks for your time.

Are you using the latest version of iTunes ? and have you synced the iphone to iTunes as it should auto back up ?

Make sure you have the latest iTunes running and go from there, if you still have this problem, i would back up your phone on another PC and re jailbreak it
