Its always worked, but lately, when I get a text, and i have TLert installed, when I get a text

Instead of my phone flashing on and showing the incoming text for 5 seconds before the screen goes back to black.... It just makes the ringtone chime. It doesn't flash on. I have to press the home button now to check the message on my screen.

Is there a way around this ? Anyone ? It's kinda annoying to be honest
