Freeze on receiving call

Hoping someone has run into this and I might shortcut my trouble shooting.

Have 3GS with old bootrom. Upgraded to 4.1 from 3.12 with Redsn0w. Seemed to go fine. Restored Cydia apps with pkgbackup. Got freeze when calls received. Have to do hard reset (home and standby buttons).

I did one settings reset and it fixed it for a day. Came back. Have been researching compatibility and uninstalling apps one by one.

Any insight?

Edit: Found the offending app! It is Mirror Profiles. I will try once to reinstall and contact the author if it doesn't fix it. May have to give up this one. Unfortunately, one of my critical apps.
