Hi all jailbreakers

I have a iPhone 4 32.GB running 4.2.1. I jailbroke
Using redsn0w and I installed MyWi (no rock) and it caused springboard to crash. I tryed to uninstall MiWi and I get the error "subprocess pre-removal script returned error exit status 127". I installed crash reporter and there is no report for spring board just MyWi. I deleted the folder for the app in the applications directory and still not working.
