    Default Cydia on factory unlock!!!

    Hello

    Please help me with this if you can, I have a factory unlock iPhone4 with 4.1 and I want to instal cydia in it, how do I do that???

    Jailbreak it with limera1n

    And dont update it lol

    ^ basically what he said, don't update to 4.2.1, and jailbreak with either limera1n, greenpois0n or redsn0w, I prefer greenpois0n though because it isn't buggy and it's easy to us

    Sorry should of been a bit clearer. In my opinion it's not worth updating to 4.2 yet (see thread 'before updating ask yourself this'). Only because of the trouble people have been experiencing. I use 4.1 on an ip4 jailbroken with limera1n without any trouble. It's up to you which route you take they all work.

    Personally i prefer limera1n over Greenpois0n :P

    4.2.1. is out of the question for me on my i4 until its un tethered

    yep Limera1n for me too, i have had no problems at all on my iPhone 4 on 4.1

    And as everyone else has said stay well away from 4.2.1
