iPhone 4 issues

i attepted to put it in dfu mode so everything goes as it is susposed to connect to computer i turn it off hold home and lock button et and screen shows apple logo goes black like normal but it dosent show up in itunes now it wont even turn on

My friends did that just try holding power button for 20 secs or so until it does. If not try downloading tinyumbrella see if that recognises it.

plug the phone in with itunes running hold home and power for 10 seconds wait for the flash then release the power and continue holding the home for about 20 seconds then itunes should say it sees it in dfu mode

Does your iPhone have juice in the battery?

Can you actually get it powered on?

Does it boot up normally when you switch it on?

Can you see it with iRecovery/iPhone Browser or other apps apart from iTunes?
