I'm in iTunes trying to restore data from a prior backup.

I rt-clk on my iPhone icon, and I see some backups, but it looks like the one that I want has fallen off the list cause it's too old.

However, if I go into the iTunes backups folder, i see what looks like the data.
(CDocuments and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup)

Any suggestions on how I can get iTunes to use these files for my restore?
