Default Cydia packages and sources disapeared

My phone is a 3G on 4.2.1. Everything has worked perfectly since new J.B., unlock and SAM. New Cydia worked great until I downloaded Repeat Memory from Xsellize Repo. A message said it was half loaded and wanted a forced (i think) clear. I immediately deleted through Cydia and rebooted. Now, when I go to cydia there is just the home page and nothing else there.Just like a shell. When I search for something it comes up blank, no sources, no packages not even a cydia version number on the home screen. Luckily, all the packages on my phone are still there and working.
I SSH'd and deleted the Xsellize source and Plist files connected to it.
Can I get Cydia back with out loosing my apps?

Incompatibilities & cracked apps are two reasons Repeat Memory and many others are NOT available from standard repos.

You may find support from the download site.

I didn't realize that would happen, Will stay away from those in the future.
    Couple of questions:
    1. How do I delete remnants of existing Cydia? do I need to.
    2. How do I manually reload Cydia through ssh?
    3. All my apps still work, will reloading Cydia delete them?
    4. Will Cydia update current packages itself?

    1. Don't. You don't need to.
    2. Difficult. Don't try.
    3. No
    4. Yes, when loading Cydia, available updates will be available.

Don't talk about cracked apps except they can mess up your phone and have viruses with them, its always a risk.

JB does not equal stealing or using cracked apps, the apps on cydia (unless you add repo's ) are not cracks they are legit products, just that apple may not like what they do with the IOS, but they are legal

Apple ( and some people who do not know what they are talking about ) likes you to think Cydia is illegal, its not.
