How do I get mms photos from iphone to computer?

How do I get mms photos from iphone to computer(PC...jailbroken 3G)?

I know this has been answered and explained but I can't find it.

Humor me plz and tell me again...thx.

Right click on Start, go to Explorer, find your idevice, drag photos out or right click and copy is the easiest way.

Or to save them to the internet so you can access them from any computer download drop box or photobucket apps in apples app store. Both you can upload straight from the phone and dont have to worry about plugging the phone in or anything.

That shows the pics I have taken but not the ones sent to me in picture text. Those are the ones I need downloaded to my PC.

Go to the pic that was in the text tap it> then at the bottom there should be a square box with an arrow hit that and click save image. Now its in your camera roll and you should be able to pull it up and save it to the computer

Nevermind.....brainfart. I was looking at the arrow on the bottom left thinking it was the delete button, it's the "save image" button.
