Cydia crashing

I have a 3gs running ios 4.1. I jailbroke about 2 months ago using greenpois0n.

Earlier today, I installed fontswap, but it didn't work. When I tried to delete it (off the springboard, using cydelte) I got an error saying it could not delete. I just ignored it and went on with my day.

Then I tried to download gameboy adx plus. It worked ok, but I decided to delete it, and when I did, I get the same error.

At this point, I notice every package I download, it tried to download fontswap along with it, and gives me some errors while downloading.

I went to try to delete fontswap from cydia, but it crashes every time I type "font" in or scroll to F in my packages.

I'd rather not restore, but I will if I have to.

Have you tried SSH and remove font swap?

I've deleted it in iFile.

Should I try ssh too?
