Default Need help with removing Apps.

Okay, So i installed biteSMS, but it required me to remove cydia, and i didn't see that. So i didn't know how to remove biteSMS, so I SSH'ed into it using WinSCP, and i removed the folder of biteSMS. It removed the icon, but it still runs the biteSMS program. How do i stop that?

biteSMS does not require you to remove Cydia to install it unless maybe you are using a pirated copy, search the Cydia forum on how to install Cydia through ssh and then you should be able to unistall biteSMS

I have another question... I reinstalled the newest cydia, and then i downloaded icy... But after i installed it, i looked at the icon, and it was really big, and everytime i tried to run it, it would just take me back to the main screen. And since i don't have a working cydia, i don't know how to remove it.

you said you reinstalled the newest Cydia and then installed
icy, but you then said you didn't have Cydia working, how did you install icy if cydia wasn't working?

You know how there was a post about a new cydia on the front page a couple days ago? I installed that one with iFile and the safari download manager. And i used the new cydia i installed to install icy, but icy ended up not working. Once again, my iphone is a 2g running 3.1.2

But when i installed cydia, it required that i remove the cydia installer essentials, and i tried to install a earlier version of cydia, but it crashes everytime i try to run it, so therefore i cannot remove icy.

In the end we're all just chalk lines on the concrete, drawn only to be washed away. For the time that I've been given, I am what I am.

If you install the new cydia on a pre 4.X phone it always wants to uninstall itself as it was not meant for that firmware.
