Help Itunes sync iPhone jailbreak

Hi, this is my first post. I'm in need of major help. My iPhone was sync to another iTunes and not my iTunes. My iPhone is jailbroken with spirit & 3.1.3 firm wire. My question is how do I sync my iPhone to another iTunes without losing any of my data. The second question is how do I go about upgrading my iPhone to the latest jailbreak without even deleting my data and is there a new update with spirit? Thanks for any help I can get, so far lovin this site!

OKay first are we talking about a completely different itunes account or computer?
2nd back up in itunes and also crap pkgbckup from cydia to back up all your jb apps and thems/tweaks. Then when you rejailbreak just install pkgback up run it and you will be right back where you left off.
3rd there has been alot of jailbreaks since 3.1.3 the newest one is a tethered jb using redsn0w. I am guessing you have a 3g or 3gs so this will work perfectly for you. The only thing is every time you power your phone off and on you got to plug it in to restore your jb.
