MMS No-Go on JB 4.1 iPhone 4

Hello All -

Both my wife and I have iPhone 4s with 4.1 installed and jailbroken (with redsn0w I think). The phones are not unlocked and we are using ATT.

When sending an MMS, the "Sending..." bar at the top goes to 99% then stops. Eventually after a respring it shows failed with the red exclamation mark.

Tried searching Google and forums here, but only found the same issues described with phones unlocked on T-Mobile.

Please suggest possible fixes - Already tried Reset All network Settings - Thanks!

I had this once the only thing that seemed to fix it for me was a restore
