Default Choppy scroll in 3GS after iOS 4 update?

Anyone experiencing this same issue? Is there any way to fix this? The pagescrolling seems to "stick" occasionally and go down to very low FPS instead of 60.

I think this happens if you use the wrong redsnow or point it to the wrong firmware to jailbreak.

Well, I wish it was so simple. This problem is present even if I have a clean phone.

It's not really a big deal, but little flaws in perfection are annoying.

What firmware are you and what did you use to jailbreak?
