In the last month I've seen a video of an iphone with a certain mod and I can't find the video or anything similar.
Along the top of the springboard, below the status bar, instead of a row of icons, there was a taskbar of sorts with 4 or so buttons labeled Internet, Phone, etc. Tapping these seemed to launch apps.
Any idea what this might be? Or what this type of mod might be called?
What I'm looking to do is have the middle three rows of icons move independently of the top and bottom rows. I can leave the top row empty but would rather utilize the space. Ideally I'd like to have an additional dock in that top row.
What I'm trying to piece together is having three sections of my screen that move independently of each other. If not that, I'd like the top row to simply not move along with the lower three rows.
I want to organize my screen with the dock being Categories of Apps that I use to do things (listen to music, watch video, make plans, chat, etc.), the top row for Categories of Apps that I use to learn things (navigation, dictionaries, wikipedia, browsers, kindle, etc.), and the middle three rows for Apps not in Categories that I use most often.
I want the movement separate both for the visual flare and the actual effect of having separate sections.
I guess what I really want is an Infinidock on the top row.
Check 'Split' to see if that's what ur looking for

Nevermind, I've been playing around w/ Split and it's basically just a wallpaper with App titles. No independent, dual-infinidock action!
