I've been trying to update Cydia through iFile but it won't work. I download it, open it in iFile, tap the "Installer" option and then respring but I'm still on the old Cydia. Does the new update require ios 4.2?

If your sure you could try uninstalling cydia through cmd and then install your one

How would I do that and are there any other solutions?
