URGENT - Licenses won't switch to new phone!!!

I have an iphone4 that i had to get replaced yesterday by apple... i have multiple apps that i cannot seem to get the license to transfer over, yet others do.... I have contacted the authors but have not received a response and this is driving me nuts!!!

to be specific.. the apps i need transferred are as follows:

iBlacklist (THIS IS A BIGGY!!!)
Signal
My3g
MyWI 4.0

Actually all of these are biggies but any help is greatly appreciated!!! i can't seem to figure out how to get back to the link rock account page and i dont remember the email/pw which i set up on rock in the 1st place...

PLEASE HELP!!!

use cydia, all the rock stuff transferred when they acquired rock. and if you dont remember ur password just do the lost password thing. and you can only use a gmail account or a facebook account so id try all those first. and the devs are usually very helpful but they are also busy so id wait a little to hear from them

i'm logged in with my facebook account and i noticed that the only licenses that transferred were the ones purchased direct from cydia.. not rock... so my problem lies within rock somehow, i reached a page yesterday when i was trying to link the rock account or something somehow but i can't manage to get back to that page - i've emailed rock and left them a voicemessage.

ok somehow i reinstalled my3g and mywi and they registered as purchased... but iblacklist still indicates for me to purchase as does signal

If you are using iBlacklist you have to buy it again if you change to another iPhone. It use your unique serial number, it use your serial number in order to generate the key, so it can be registered. I bought it 3 times already for different iPhones, you can not use the same key with another iPhone cuz now you have another serial number. I don't know about signal cuz I don't have it, but maybe it works in the same way.

Sorry but you will just have to buy them again like I did.
