Should I Update my iPod Touch 2G MB Model(Jailbroken with Blackra1n) to 4.1? Does it Make it faster? Slower? Will it work faster like my iPhone 4? Do all of the old apps, and accessories work? Overall how is the Performance compared to 3.1.x,3.x, or lower? And if i update, how should i update because i have a Sn0wbreeze custom firmware ready, and i have a stock ipsw, which i can jailbreak with Greenpois0n...

Please post in the correct section. Firmware 4.x will be much slower on an older device.

Disabling multitask and wallpaper would help a lot. I have the same model iPod touch and I disabled multitask and wallpaper and it runs like it's on 3.1.3.

So i Should? Since multitasking is are already disabled,and i really want the new " Faster " Cydia which on my iPod said Needs >=4.0. I Can use Greenpois0n to Re-Jailbreak,But am also thinking about RedSn0w,Also is Limera1n going to be updated for iPod Touch 2G MB, and if not how can i reinstall Blackra1n.app on iOS 4.x.x because i have this Repo on Cydia that installs Blackra1n.app

The new Cydia goes on 4.2.1. It'd be a tethered jb. Up to you if you wanna go up to 4.2.1. Redsn0w and PwnageTool are your jailbreak options.
