    Interesting. Not sure how much Google's white page affects my battery though. Good thing I'm usually always near a charging source.

    I am curious about this. Does it take any more energy to display a brighter color than a darker color?

    You have me thinking on this one...current draw??? bright/dark color... I will go with bright as a winner in the current draw race.
