Contacts list help?

During a restore or backup in preparation for the JB/UL, I somehow ended up with my wife's phone's contact list. My contacts are on my sim card which is now in the phone. I was using a samsung vibrant galaxy. I need to either swap contacts or get my contacts added to my contact list. Any ideas?

I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Plug your phone Into the computer erase your wifes contacts then go to settings> mail contact > import sim contacts

I plugged the phone into itunes but don't see anywhere to delete her contacts. Am I missing something? I appreciate the help.

It's the first tap over scroll down and there should be a place to delete them
