absolutely ridiculous! i just updated to 4.2, and was looking forward to some fresh sms tones. low and behold, only the original 6 or 7 were listed on my 3G! after searching online, it looks like it's not just me, and the new tones are in fact only available on the 4.
i think we can all agree that this isn't a hardware/speed issue, so what gives?
apple is only updating the newest phone with the coolest updates so people go out and buy them.. after the iphone 5 the iphone 4 will be treated the same way..
