Stuck in safe mode help

My 3GS is stuck in safe mode. Running 4.1.
I uninstalled recently installed apps etc from cydia and it's stuck.
Tried reboobting, respringing, but it's no good.
Any help, ideas or suggestions.
Want to avoid a restore.

Sounds like you may need to restore.

Need to find exactly what the last thing you installed then resprung was, as what ever it was is now causing the problem.

managed to sort it.
i missed 1 'recent install', got rid and all is wel now!
phew!!!
