I'm running an a jailbroken iPhone 4, with iOS 4.2.1
So I downloaded BytaFont from Cydia, hoping that I could change/remove my font(s) at will, boy was I wrong.
I installed a font named "Comic Strip", and it kind of "ruined" my iPhone. It only partially installed. You know how when you press a letter of the keyboard, it becomes magnified? Well the font changed the magnified keys, but not the "small" ones. Also, it changed the time on my lock screen, but nothing else.
I tried enabling everything on the font menu, that didn't work. And uninstalling the font/uninsyalling BytaFont/Reinstalling everything/Rebooting/Respringing doesn't work either.
It's not the worst thing in the world to happen, but just an annoyance. I want a full font change and the ability to fully remove it. Any help would be much appreciated, sorry for the long text.
U have to understand that an update needs to be made in Order for things to work, that's one of the quirks of a new jail break...everything needs to get ported over
Just wait it out buddy and soon they will update ur font app
Well is there anyway to reverse the font change? As I said, if removing it and what not leaves traces of it on my phone, if I could just remove it, I'd wait for it to be updated before future use.
sorry the question i'm bout to ask has nothin to do with ur issue i don't have any idea how to help. but how did u jailbreak iphone 4 runnin 4.2.1? they say the only available jailbreaking tool is redsnow and it is tethered....
