Multiple devices, same account?

I have a 3GS and an iPod touch (3rd gen). I have them both jailbroken and have bought several things just on the iPhone (gridlock, infiniboard, cyntacts, display out and others).

If I want to put them on my iPod, will I have to buy them again? Also, thinking about giving the phone to the wife an getting myself an iphone4, will I have to buy them all again for that?

Any apps I purchased from the iTunes store are on my Mac, and any idevice I own can have them, just wondering if it's the same.

Most paid apps are linked to whatever account you sign into in cydia so you wont have to pay for them again.
