I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 (running 4.1) and I'm in no hurry to update to 4.2.1 (yet).

I've copied all of my purchases, music and videos off using SSH/iTunes. However, since the reinstall, iTunes says this phone is synced with another library.

If I allow it to sync with this library, what will it erase? If all the non-Cydia apps and music are on the reinstalled iTunes, will it just re-copy them over? What about my program settings like my Angry Birds progress (I'm sure to catch flak over that one), will it keep that as well?

What's the best solution?
