Help, can't ssh into my iphone

Never needed SSH because I used iPhone Browser, but because of the faulty mobile substrate update this morning I need to ssh into my phone to fix it. I grabbed the ip address off my router client list, I know my password, but winSCP won't connect. I really don't want to go through another restore. Any help?

Also pinging isn't working either...

some obvious things...

password resets to alpine after a restore
make sure file protocol in winscp is sftp
make sure openssh is reinstalled.
