Has anyone brought iPad mail UI to the iPhone?

After seeing, and using the new Ubertwitter app for iPhone (which enables a landscape view with tweets down the left side and link previews on the right hand side) I see no reason why the iPad mail UI would not work well on an iPhone despite the smaller screen.

has anyone (is it even possible) to create a mod to make this happen? I have been searching these forums and the internet in general and can't find anything like that.

I imagine this mod would be relatively easy to make, just need to find someone who could do it! Lol
