apps not loading but i think i know why can you help??

ok so for ages now my apps wont load its a 3g 8gig iphone jailbroken with redsnow and on the latest firmware an bb, so i have just been looking at the apps and the ones that WILL load have;
purchased by: my name
account name: my email

BUT

the ones that wont load dont have this how can i rectify this??

If the ones that dont load are linked to another account you would need the username and password of the other account and do an update or something linked to that one. However things can get really confusing doing that so it is best to just delete them and download them again with your account (especially if you are not supposed to have access to that other account).

ah i see no i dont have access to the other account, so how did that happen as i purchased them through my itunes account??
