Totally undecided

I recently went through some hassle trying to buy an iPhone 3Gs on ebay and it never arrived..

finally got my money back today though!
So i have a friend that is willing to sell me his as he wants to take the chance to buy a iPhone 4, he wants £260 for it (not too bad)

but im not trying to decide.. is that old tech now? shall i wait a month and get a 4 from apple (£499) with the money after my birthday?

or should i wait even longer and get whatever model they release next? when is the update expected?

Bearing in mind the longer i wait, the less money i will get for my blackberry bold 9700 as well :/!

I would wait for an iPhone 4 , and next year get the other one as well

I think £260 is way too high for a 3Gs. If you could get it for £130 or less, then go for it. Otherwise get the iPhone 4.

Well I payed £200 for my i4 (all be it on contract, £35p/m, so 260 seems a bit much, and i4s are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooo much better
