Iphone 4 4.1 Rotating Glitch !!!!

Hi can anybody tell me why i can only rotate one way when using ipod/safari/messaging etc, i have turned the unlock of on bottom of screen and also rebooted!! are there any other settings within the iphone 4 to fix this issue? Also if helps im running iphone 4 with
4.1 and also Jailbroken,

So it won't rotate when you turn it certain directions? That's weird, I haven't heard of that before. You can try a restore and see if that will fix it. If not, then it's probably not a software issue but unfortunately a hardware one.
