I use a wallpaper on the lockscreen the problem is the Time and the date on tops block the head of the person. Is there anyway to get rid of the TIme and date on top or make it a bit more transparent?

Download lockscreen clock hide from cydia and it will ge rid of the time and date. You can always enable this or disable it from the settings app after you downloa it

Also can I get the time on the top instead of the lock icon on the top of the lockscreen?

Yeah just go to the bottom of settings and click on clock hide and enable the status bar time and you will have the time at the top of your lockscreen
