Can I set/edit the carrier list? iOS 4.1 issue

I live in Sweden but work in Denmark, travelling across the Öresund bridge connecting the two countries daily. I Sweden I use the carrier 3SE which cooperates with their equivalent 3DK in Denmark so that I can call and use data at no additional cost when abroad.

On the way I pass multiple areas of intermittent or no reception, which causes the phone to loose reception, and eventually lock onto a roaming network. 3DK is the preferred network, but ever since I upgraded to iOS 4.1 and the new baseband the phone sometimes switches to another roaming network during my trip which, if I don't catch it, could be extremely expensive.

I know that by switching to the roaming network with the best reception the iPhone just does what it's supposed to, but can I somehow set the phone to not roam? In essence I don't want any network coverage if I'm in a location where 3DK has no reception. At the moment I'm forced to manually set the carrier to 3DK every time I'm in Denmark, and then back to 3SE (or Automatic, since it of course doesn't roam in the home country) when back in Sweden.

I can't test this on 4.1 at the moment, but it works on 3.x

Yes there is, and you can also use the SB Settings toggle. Does me no good however as

a) I want to use data
b) any calls will be expensive if not on the preferred network
