Default 7 gigabites of space occupied by others

I have an iPhone 4 16Gb and running on 4.1 firmware. It is jailbroken with limera1n. Suddenly after syncing my phone with a new liberary setting my device as New the disk space went full
I searched the forum for an answer and all that i found is instructions to use winscp and i did but it didnt solve the problem
So if anyone could help me and tell me what is this "other" category and how could i get rid of it i will be thankful

I remember this Happening a lot a while back I think it has something to do with a source in cydia. I'm not 100%, but I would look into that.

Generally this stems from data corruption. Only way to get this space back is a restore. If you had swaptunes installed and you forgot to "swap" back to the original data then it's lost.
