Screen never actually turns off

very strange... when I put the screen to sleep, it goes pitch black... then after a couple of seconds it becomes "off" but not entirely... its all one shade of brightness... dim... but not off... anyone encountered that?

You might have a problem with your hardware, a restore again is the only way to find out.

OK ya you need to restore and do what i said in your other thread if your having more than one problem that software related a restore it the only way you will be able to pick out the bugs

Did not help... The sound was an issue with supreme pref...
