    Default Restoring an iPhone 3g from a iPhone 4 backup

    the deal is I sold my iphone 4. I now have an iphone 3g and I made sure I backed up my iphone 4 before I sold it. Anywho, iTunes isn't letting me select my Iphone 4 backup. I need my safari data, contacts etc. Can anyone please help me?

    What firmware is the 3g running if its not the same as the iphone4 for example (iph4 4.1 and 3g 3.1.3) it wont let you restore from last back up unless your on the same firmware.
