    Default Is face time downloadable?

    hey guys.. i was planning to buy an iphone 4g here in Qatar but it has no face time feature.. i just want to know if its still possible to install face time or is it downloadable like any other iphone apps?

    I don't think so and even if there was one it still won't work cause of your carrier.
