Hey guys

I have the iPhone 4 64GB ON HAND right now.

I want to make a video to show everyone for proof. But...

Since it is not out and Apple has not publicly let the news out, will I get in trouble for doing so? I don't want to go to jail!

I don't think so. If they put it on the market for sale then there's no reason why you should get in trouble. Unless you stole it?

Thanks MXCO & Waleed for the advice. It is definitely not stolen. Its just Apple is very notorious and strict with their unfinished leaked projects and since the 64gb has not been publicly announced.

Id say yes in June/Jully when the iPhone5 comes out, there gunna have to push it somehow and I don't think 4g will be enough of a push

This is bs, also how will he be able to prove to us that he has one? Iphone4s don't say the size on the back and it's sooo easy to change what it says in settings>general>about, he's gna have to chuck like 40gbs worth of shizz on there just so we can see it's true..
