I need it on cydia so I can download it.. I cant get to my computer for a while and I need to do it straight from my phone.. Unless there's a way to do it with ifile.

Not sure if downloaded ringtone packages come packaged as .deb, but if so, you can install a .deb with iFile.

Well if you can acquire the Dexter's Laboratory theme song and put it on your device, you can make a ringtone through AnyRing (available on Cydia). I'm pretty sure there are also custom ringtone apps available on the App Store as well.
