Default am i SOL.. iphone 4 shutdown fine came up in restore mode

so i was getting a incompatible iphone accesory even tho i didnt have anything plugged in..

so i go and shut the phone down and turn it back on and it goes to recovery mode... i didnt hit anything but power button..

iphone 4 on 4.1 with 1.59 baseband unlocked for tmobile...

am i gonna lose everything and render the phone useless?

or is there a method i can use to keep this phone usable..

Try tiny umbrella's "kick out of recovery" function.

I have my blobs backed but I was worrying about the baseband mostly..

But lastnight the phone did as I said it did up top..

So I then take pwnage tool and build a 4.1 file knowing pwnage dosent update baseband..

As thats building I hard reset the phone from it's restore screen and hit the power button and it comes on as it should.. I kept getting (this accessory is not optimized for the iPhone and may decrease reception) even tho I didn't have anything plugged in..

That message was why I turned my phone off and back on in the first place

You may have some dirt or build up in your usb connection causing that error. Try to clean it out with something, or you can use popup blocker from cydia to disable that message.
