    Default Recover Available memory ?

I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere, but what are the ways to recover available memory. Ex my iPad will be at about 140-50 when i turn on. After a while it lowers to 40's or so. I usually respiring or turn off, but just wanted to know if there are any other methods. I just feel like it's bad for the device to respiring it so much.

Go to the processes toggle in SBSettings, remove the apps you don't want and/or just click "free up memory" and it'll clear it up for you.

Double tap home button and close all open apps, note closing them in sbsettings doesn't always close them from multitasking and vise versa
