Where it gone

Ok i was on cydia came out of cydia then this happened see pic rebooted still happens i have lost my phone reception bars abd my phones carrier logo but still can make calls

Have you tried rebooting?

Yes tried rebooting taking out sim restore network settings still nothing

What was the last thing you installed in cydia before this happened?

Thats the funny thing never installed anyrhing

Odd. So you dont have winterboard installed?

This may be your last option but I suggest restoring. Unless you don't mind the fact that nothing is there. Maybe try turning wifi on then off.
Off then on *****
