GPS Symbol does not show up anymore

Hi guys,

The GPS symbol next to the battery symbol does not sow up anymore when i use Maps or the for example the GPS function in Facebook. Any ideas why that could be?

I have got a 3G on 3.1.3 jailbreaked with pretty much the basics such as Backgrounder, SBSsettings, Winterboard etc.

I never had a gps symbol next to the battery that I remember on my 3G. Only on my 3gs

Really? That's really weird.
I remember that I always had it. I was thinking that it has to do with the jailbreaking stuff because before jailbreaking the phone it used to show up whenever i used the GPS.
