Iphone 3G wont connect to Wifi
Well today was my first really isue with the Iphone since they came out all those years ago thatI cant find a soloution online but thought i would post to see if anyone has any ideas.
My iphone 3G would not see any 3G signal since yesterday then today it now gets 3G but drops the wifi signal to my wireless signal in the house. It connects then disconnects every 2 seconds. I get a tick next to my signal on the wifi menu then it drops again. It see the router named on my phone and others around my area but wont stay connected at all. I have now connected to itunes and updated the firmware to 4.1 but still no help at all. Phone has been on and off several times to no avail. Im thinking this is now a hardware fault and not sure if i want to bother sending it away for repair or get the Iphone 4.
Update--i tried to reset setting and now it wont connect to my router just says- failed to connect.Any ideas.

have you reset your router?

I have unplugged and re-started the router, i might now try and remove the wep code to see if that helps.

Have you tested on another wifi network to see if it is just your phone that needs a restore? If it doesn't pick up and hold another wifi connection, it's best to restore if you can.

Got it fixed earlier. It was trying to pick up my router but kept disconnecting so thought i would take away the security from my router which i did and it worked fine. Reset security in router and added to iphone--working a dream again. Thanks...
