odd install locations..

I have 4 home screens, and every time i install an app from either the app store or cydia... they all go to the 2nd home screen, and will progress to screen #3 when the 2nd home screen is filled.

um, anyone else have this issue? I'd like new apps to be on screen #1 when they're installed.
