    Question Changing Startup Screen and Graphics?

    Hi All
    I have a Iphone 3Gs 16gb with version 4.0.1 jailbroken. I have winterboard etc installed.

    What is the best way for my to change the Apple startup screen?
    also how do you change the other graphics like the slidebar arrow, answer and cancel call buttons etc?
