Access Cydia purchases after restore

How do I do it? It was easy on Rock, but I can't figure it out on Cydia. Sorry for such a simple question.

Just look for the app you have pay for it and install it

if you bought it before, when you go to download it again it will say something like Package Officially Purchased. you don't have to buy it again. this assumes you're using the same account as before

you can also purchase "pkgbackup" in cydia. it creates an icon and you go to the icon and backup all your cydia apps as a contact in your phonebook. you sync with itunes and save that contact and when you restore, you sync contacts and download pkgbackup again (for free). you go into the app and click "restore apps" and it will put all of your cydia apps back.

If you purchased the app/tweak via Cydia, use had to use a google account or any other option Cydia gave you. As long as you use the same google account when you go back (or whatever option you chose), it should tell you that you already purchased and you can install it.
